Gina Ro is a Managing Director and Head of Operations for Permanent Capital & Wealth at RedBird Capital Partners, where she is responsible for overseeing all operations for the Firm’s long-term capital strategies and wealth clients globally.
Prior to joining RedBird, Gina was Head of Structuring Operations at Hamilton Lane where she was responsible for the oversight of operational aspects around fund structuring. Prior to that, Gina was Head of Evergreen Operations where she was responsible for overseeing the operations of Hamilton Lane’s evergreen fund vehicles. She began her career at KPMG in the audit practice with a focus in the investment management industry where she left as a Senior Manager.
Gina received a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University, with concentrations in Accounting and International Business. Gina is also a Certified Public Accountant.
