EverPass Media is a premier media platform that aggregates, distributes and enables streaming of premium live sports and entertainment content to commercial businesses. EverPass was founded in 2023 in partnership with RedBird Capital Partners and 32 Equity, the strategic investment arm of the National Football League.
EverPass manages the exclusive rights to iconic sports packages including NFL Sunday Ticket (NFLST), Peacock Sports Pass and Amazon Prime Thursday Night Football. The company also signed agreements to distribute ESPN+, Apple TV’s sports programming, including Formula 1 domestically, MLS, and MLB’s Friday Night Baseball, DAZN’s FIFA Club World Cup, select UFC events, and Paramount+’s UEFA Champions League to commercial venues.”
