Benjamin Cermak is an Associate Counsel at RedBird Capital Partners, where he is responsible for supporting fund formation, compliance, and other legal and regulatory matters across the Firm.
Prior to joining RedBird, Benjamin was an Associate in the Private Funds group at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he advised on the organization, structuring, and ongoing operation of private investment funds.
Benjamin received a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Columbia University Law School.
