Doug Keller is CEO of Permanent Capital & Wealth at the Firm.
In his current role, Doug is responsible for building and leading RedBird’s long-term capital strategies across institutional and private wealth channels. Doug oversees the development of RedBird’s permanent capital vehicles that enable long-duration partnerships with investors as well as the expansion of RedBird’s investment platform across the global wealth management ecosystem.
Doug brings over 15 years of experience in alternative investments, private markets, and capital formation. Prior to joining RedBird, he served as Head of Global Alternatives at T. Rowe Price, where he led the firm’s private markets strategy, including the development of new investment products and the expansion of distribution across institutional and wealth clients.
Earlier in his career, Doug was a Managing Director at Blue Owl Capital, where he focused on private capital solutions for the global wealth channel. He also served as Head of Private Wealth & Defined Contribution at Pantheon Ventures, where he built and scaled the firm’s private wealth and defined contribution businesses. He began his career at Merrill Lynch, where he structured and distributed private equity and real asset products for the firm’s wealth management business.
Doug holds a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University.
