Susan Long McAndrews is a Senior Advisor at RedBird Capital Partners.
Susan is an experienced private markets allocator and capital formation leader bringing decades of experience in global private markets. She served as a longstanding member of Pantheon’s Board of Directors, Executive Committee and International Investment Committee. Susan was the lead portfolio manager of the AMG Pantheon Fund (P-PEXX), an evergreen private equity fund designed for accredited investors.
Currently, Susan serves as an advisor to private markets firms including Charlesbank Capital Partners, Power Corporation of Canada, KSL Partners and Stonepeak. Susan is on the boards of Betterment, a leading digital investment advisor, and Lido Advisors, a $50bn AUM wealth manager, where she advises on organic growth initiatives. Susan is a contributing member of DCALTA, the industry’s collective voice advocating for private markets within 401(k) plans.
Prior to Pantheon, Susan was a senior member of the Capital Z Partners investment team, originating GP stakes transactions in Asia. In addition, Susan worked at Russell Investments, Morgan Stanley and the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
Susan holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.A. in International Policy Studies from Stanford University.
